Pain in the Arse?

 

Hemorrhoids are strained veins...not enough water and not enough food bulk with plant fibers is the main cause along with supplements and pharmaceuticals. drink 1 liter of water for every 22 kg's of body weight walk 20 minutes a day minimum and eat 5 whole veggies and 5 whole fruits and the rear-end trauma magically disappears in about 2-3 weeks. Bleeding still occurring?  You need to drink more water than most...try it you'll see.

 

Beans...the Musical Fruit...the more you eat the more you toot!

 

Small but Mighty...Beans lower bad cholesterol, balance blood sugar, wipe out breast cancer and colon cancers and prevent heart disease as they clear arteries just like grape fruits. Diabetics can avoid limb amputation in advanced stages by going nuts over an assortment of beans every day.

Colds and Flu...BooWho!

 

Don't fight the bodies cure support the self healing system. That's what colds and flu are...the body’s cure of an offense. Here are the foods that support the bodies Macrophages, specialized cells (intelligent organisms) that seek out and mark viruses and bacterium that are offensive to the body for expulsion form the body through the channels of elimination. Here are some of the foods that target this process...peppers (capsicum) of every kind, garlic, onions, horse radish, avocado's, watermelons, tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, squash (that's what it does)...and all citrus fruits. Chew 'm up and throw 'm down the flew!!

 

Cranberries and Crasins (dried cranberries)...

 

These little wonders clear out urinary infections and build urinary function as they clear out the plaque that start mutagenic cancerous changes in the cells. Cranberries break-up brain and heart plaque as well...they are red and have 4 chambers...just like the heart.

What I mean by that is 'pig out on figs'... to remiss and prevent testicular cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, relieve constipation, lower blood pressure and build sperm count as well as sperm motility.

 

Mild food allergies and Anaphylaxis...scared to death!

 

A plant whole food allergy can be over come. Animal food allergies typically cannot. An allergic reaction to a food seems to occur when the body’s immune system mistakenly identifies a food protein that it is in extreme need of (because of lack) as an offense rather than as an added friend to the House. Epinephrine syringes can stop a life threatening severe response for those that are anaphylactic. There are plenty of experience's that show wetting the lips with the tongue and then wiping the offending food on the lips for about 30 seconds and repeating this process for 2 weeks then scraping the food on the front teeth for 30 seconds for the next two weeks can enable mild allergies to remiss totally and the body accept the nutritional components without over reaction to get at it. Most anaphylactic responses to plant foods can be overcome with 2-3 weeks of fasting on just water. Strange but true.

 

Gas...Eating can stop the Wind, Mariah!

 

Don't be a blow hard...It's been said that men fart and women fluff...I like that. Seems right to me. The production of gas is a natural part of human and other animal digestive processes. But, if you are a Human Cyclone or keg of dynamite...it's probably time to include lots of fermented foods in your diet. Live cultured yogurts, Keifers, apple cider vinegar to sip and to put on salads, sour cream, sour kraut and more...these foods re-establish the ecology of the gut and allow for low gas carbohydrate processing. They work...but remember it’s natural to blow off some steam! Shrek says, “better out than in" I say, better to waste it, than taste it!!! 

 

Irritable bowel syndrome...Keep the insides calm!

 

You haven't been eating enough whole-plant foods my friend (raw).

Licorice root, even Darrell Lea black licorice can do wonders. Also peppermint tea, as well as peppermint essential oil in water (hot or not)...along with whole flax seed and ground psyllium. These foods and water and walking soothe the irritation and restores health to the bowel. Relax dude!!

 

PMS...Go with the Grain Girl!

 

The monthly cycle is how the feminine side of humanity de-plaque's or detoxifies each 28 days...men sweat. Hot water speeds up the process and eases the trauma as does the following foods: Millet is number one, whether made into porridge or baked into bread we'd do well to follow the lead of our feathered friends on this one. Millet is higher in primary protein than most other grains. Throw in avocados, spinach, bananas, and peanut-butter sandwiches and wow...girls can be pleasant to be around! You go girl! It's bloody brilliant mate!

 

A Stroke of bad luck or bad diet? Eating for your Brain...

 

The most frightening thing about a stroke is how suddenly it happens, no warning, just a sense that something bad has happened. The sad part is the stroke was in the making for years and years. Don't want a stroke? Stop eating the carcasses of dead animals. Do your research...whole food vegetarians don't have strokes or heart disease (unless they supplement and do pharmaceuticals).The largest and strongest animals on earth are all vegetarian...Elephants, giraffes, gorillas, buffalo, oxen...but where do they get their protein? Protein is nitrogen...green foods and a nut from trees with green leaves have the highest usable protein. Make animals your friends not your meals and strokes will become flash moments of ideas not debilitating destructions of the sectors of brain mass. 

 

Hey Knuckle Head...Wutz Poppin'?

 

Ever heard that popping your knuckles causes arthritis? Wrong!

The popping sound is nitrogen gas bubbles being released (spent protein). Popping knuckles can actually create greater and smoother range of motion and flexibility in the hands feet and back. Arthritis is caused by the deposits of viscous toxic plaque residues created by a diet of foodless lifeless foods and beverages over time and distance. A good house cleaning is all that is need to rid the body of arthritis. 21 days on water or juice (raw) and joints are totally relieved and restored...cost? Goiter, bulging eyes, fat/obese, say even one of these things and you probably hear the word thyroid. Iodine is it. Iodine is in almost all grains especially wheat, whole grain bread and raw milk...rocks this thing...as does kelp, spinach, cage free eggs, and most of all Mushrooms!! If you are on thyroid medications your doctor will tell you to avoid these foods...how come? Cause if you eat these foods you don't need the medications...Duh!!
